Today’s recipe is easy & simple tawa chicken, I have changed with the spices according to my taste. And I have given southern touch to my recipe. So you can try & enjoy with your friends and family..
It is the best side dish goes well with Rasam rice😋

Chicken – 200gms
Onion – 1no.finely chopped
Tomato-1 no.finely chopped
Ginger garlic paste-1 tsp
Red chilli powder – 1 tsp
Coriander powder – 2tsp
Turmeric pwd – 1/2 tsp
Garam masala – 1 tsp
Freshly grounded pepper powder – 1/2tsp
Lemon – half
Coriander&curry leaves finely chopped
Salt as required
Heat tawa on med high flame, add onions, curry leaves, Cilantro & saute until the onion color change into light brown.
Now add ginger garlic paste & saute until raw flavour goes off.
Add all spices & cook until raw flavour goes.
Add boneless chicken & saute for 5 mins on low flame until all masala coated throughly.
Cover with the lid & cook it 10 mins on low flame.
Once the chicken half cooked, add tomatoes, curry leaves, Cilantro, saute it for 2mins & cover with lid for another 5 mins.
Finally add freshly crushed pepper powder, add curry leaves strand, cover & cook it for 5 more mins on low med high flame or until the chicken crispy on both sides & changes color.
Tawa chicken ready serve it with rice & Chapathi.
