I love Sunday, because I can spend my whole day with my husband. After a long time, I baked this wonderful & delicious moist chocolate mug cake. It is really easy to make, there is no procedure to do, just play with your ingredients by throwing all in a coffee mug, mix it well & bake it. I have used instant coffee powder, it is a great way to enhances the flavor of cocoa powder & brings more chocolaty to cake. The consistency for the chocolate cake is even thinner than the pancake batter result gives moist & delicious. This can be serve hot or chilled, topped with vanilla ice cream & strawberry.
Having a chocolate mug cake in one hand and a strawberry in another, I am sure it will be a mesmerized romantic evening.
Happy cooking !!
