Ingredients:
Channa dal – 2tbsp
Urad dal – 2 tbsp
Cardamom – 3 nos
Cinnamon – 4 sticks
Cloves – 5 – 6 nos.
Fenugreek – 1 tsp
Whole red chili – 8 – 10 nos.
Whole Coriander seeds – 2 tbsp
Hing / asafoetida – 2 tsp
Poppy seeds / Kasa kasa – 2 tsp
sesame seeds – 2 tsp
Fennel seeds – 2 tsp
Cumin / Jeera – 2 tsp
Pepper corns – 2 tsp
Fresh Coconut – ½ cup
Mustard seeds – 2 tsp
Tamarind – Small lemon size ball
Jaggery – 2 tsp
Method:
- Keep the pan on low flame, dry roast all the ingredients and grind it into powder.
