Red onions – 1 large
Fresh Cranberry – ½ cup (chopped)
Fresh Curd / yogurt – 1 cup
Salt to taste
Cilantro – freshly chopped
Red chili powder – 1/8 tsp
Cumin / Jeera powder – ¼ tsp
- First slice the onion into thin size.
- Beat the fresh yogurt / curd nicely. Now add the sliced onions, cranberry chopped, red chili, jeera powder, cilantro and salt to the taste.
- Mix all the ingredients well and garnish with a pinch of red chili powder on top.
