Ingredients:
Dry whole chillies – 15
Whole coriander seeds – 4 tbsp
Pepper corn – 1 tbsp
Cinnamon – 8
Cloves – 12
Cardamom (elachi) – 10
Fennel seeds – 2 tbsp
Curry leaves – 15 nos
Dry desi coconut – 4 tbsp
Method:

Dry roast all the ingredients in the pan and grind into powder. Allow it cool and bottled it into air tight container.

Add it in ur curries and enjoy it.
